We are proud that Nova KBM's online and mobile banks, Bank@Net and mBank@Net, have been awarded the title of Best online and mobile bank in the country for the third year in a row. The analysis included all online and mobile banks offered to clients by Slovenian banks, online banking analysis included one, mobile banking analysis four neobank providers. Nova KBM's online and mobile banks were placed in the Advanced digital category, and they scored the most points in all evaluation areas.
Among the key innovations that we have introduced in the online or mobile banks offered to their customers in Nova KBM in the past year are:
- updating an expired personal document without visiting a branch,
- mutual funds buy/exchange/sell and trading with financial instruments and monitoring the state of investments,
