Today, on 14. April 2016, Nova KBM completed the sale of all of its 546,683 shares in KBM Banka. The number of shares sold by Nova KBM accounted for 89.53% of the total outstanding shares of KBM Banka.
The agreement concerning the sale of Nova KBM´s equity stake in KBM Banka to Andrej Jovanović and Bojan Milovanović, which was signed on 17 February 2016 based on the prior consent of the Nova KBM Supervisory Board, included certain conditions precedent that had to be met in order for the transaction to be completed successfully. As of today, all the conditions precedent are satisfied. Consequently, Nova KBM´s equity stake in KBM Banka was today transferred to the new investors.
