Compliance office is assisting the bank, in partnership with all bank business lines, in achieving its ESG strategic, corporate and financial goals while protecting the bank by developing and promoting an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct, a commitment to compliance with the ESG requirements and regulations and fosters the values that are an important part of Nova KBM’s Code of Conduct.
Compliance office advise the bank by identifying ESG compliance risks and regulatory solutions, coordinates as well as oversees the implementation of the ESG Strategy, augment institutional compliance through effective ESG training program as well as presers the bank’s reputation.
