Zelena soseska
The Novogradnje Maribor group is building a residential Green neighborhood on the outskirts of Stražun forest. It will represent the newest, modernly designed, and architecturally perfect neighborhood in the area with high living quality in the urban environment of the city on one side and the city forest on the other.
Sun terrace housing project
The location in Košaški dol in Maribor is located in a new emerging neighborhood, which will be one of the most beautiful ones in this area. It began with the construction of modern detached houses in the western part, continues with a series of three villas in the lower part, and ends with a terraced construction on the best and highest part of the neighborhood right below the vineyards, which was rightly named SUN TERRACE.
Lagom, a new neighborhood near Črnuško barje
In the immediate vicinity of the renovated Črnuško barje, the project company ZL Living is starting the construction of a new residential complex. Lagom Črnuško barje, with 150 apartments in six buildings, will offer a new home to young couples, families, and the elderly at a reasonable price.
