JOHN DENHOF
President of the Management Board
John Denhof has served as the President of the Nova KBM Management Board since 1 March 2017. He is currently leading the implementation of the five-pillar strategy to transform Nova KBM into Slovenia's best bank. Mr Denhof directly oversees Strategy, HR, Retail Banking, Expense Management, Legal, Internal Audit, Sales & Development, Product Management, and Digital Transformation. Mr. Denhof is an experienced senior executive with over 30 years of professional experience, having held various leadership positions at Citibank in emerging and developed markets, including Singapore, UK, USA, Turkey, Czech Republic, Spain, and most recently Slovenia.
SABINA ŽUPEC KRANJC

Master of Economics and Business Sciences Sabina Župec Kranjc has been a member of the Nova KBM Management Board since November 2014 and has held the role of CFO since January 2017. Since September 2017, she has held the position of member of the Supervisory Board of Summit Leasing Slovenija and has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank Association of Slovenia since 2015. In her career, she also held a number of other supervisory positions (Chair of the Supervisory Board of Poštna banka, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Supervisory Board of Abanka). Ms Župec Kranjc has more than 23 years of professional experience in the banking industry. She joined Nova KBM in July 2013, first as the Executive Director of Financial Markets. She previously held the position of Director of Treasury and Deputy Executive Director of Financial Markets in Abanka. Between 2004 and 2008, she was the Head of Treasury at Raiffeisen Bank.
