Yes. You can use the mobile bank independently.
I am currently using the online bank Business Bank@Net com, but I would also like to start using the mobile bank mBank@Net com. What should I do?
Simultaneous use of the Bussines Bank@Net online bank and the Halcom solution (electronic bank eBank@Net com, online bank Bank@Net com, and/or mobile bank mBank@Net com) is not possible. If you want to start using the mBank@Net com mobile bank, contact your bank administrator, who will fill in the application forms. From the moment of registration of the mBank@Net com mobile bank, your online bank Business Bank@Net will only be available for viewing the transaction history.
I forgot my PIN to enter the mBank@Net com mobile bank. What to do?
It is necessary to order a new mŽeton mobile token. As long as you use the Bank@Net com online bank and access it with a qualified Halcom CA digital certificate, you can also order the replacement of your mobile token in the online bank. Otherwise, contact your bank administrator to place an order for a new mŽeton mobile token.
I exchanged my old mobile phone for a new one. What should I do to be able to use the mBank@Net com mobile bank also on a new mobile phone?
You must first install the mBank@Net com application on your new mobile phone, which is available on the Google Play online store and the App Store. Then you need to order a new mobile token. As long as you use the Bank@Net com online bank and access it with a qualified Halcom CA digital certificate, you can also order the replacement of your mobile token in the online bank. Otherwise, contact your bank administrator to place an order for a new mŽeton mobile token. Once you have received the new activation code and registration number, follow the procedure to activate the mobile token within the mBank@Net com mobile application on your new mobile phone. After activating the mobile token, you will set a new PIN password for entering the mobile bank, and thus the process of installing the mBank@Net com mobile bank is completed.
