Ambassador of the United States of America Brent R. Hartley, together with the Economic & Commercial Officer dr. Don Baker visited Nova KBM's headquarters in Maribor this week. Through the ownership of Apollo Global Management (80% stake in Nova KBM), the bank is the largest US investment in Slovenia. At the meeting, the members of the Management Board of the Bank, together with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board dr. Andrej Fatur presented the Bank's strategy, key achievements, challenges and opportunities in the Bank's operations. The topic of the discussion was also the social responsibility and sustainability of the Bank, which is one of the key priorities of the management and is manifested through partnerships with numerous sports, cultural, educational and other institutions in Slovenia. At the same time, with more than 1,400 employees, Nova KBM ranks as one of the most important Slovenian employers.
