In accordance with the applicable legislation and good business practice, Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d. hereby gives the following notice:
 
The Supervisory Board of Nova KBM d.d. (“NKBM” or the “Bank”) confirmed a decision of the Bank’s Management Board regarding the acquisition of a qualifying holding in Summit Leasing Slovenija d.o.o. (“SLS”). Consequently, an assignment agreement between Biser Bidco S.à r.l. (“Biser Bidco”) and NKBM was signed today, following which all rights and obligations from the sale-purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of SLS, signed on March 3 2017, were transferred from Biser Bidco to NKBM. The Bank will close the acquisition of SLS subject to receiving customary regulatory approval.
