Nova KBM successfully sold its 77% interest in Infond | NKBM

Today, Nova KBM, d.d. and Sava Re, d.d. wrapped up the sale of Nova KBM's 77% interest in KBM Infond, Management Company Ltd. after the suspensive conditions have been fulfilled pursuant to the purchase contract entered into on 24 December 2018.

KBM Infond Ltd. manages Infond Umbrella Fund with 22 sub funds with assets in excess of 300 million Euro. Nova KBM will continue to market Infond mutual funds through its own network.
