As of 16 September, in the frame of the PSD2 implementation, Nova KBM is making the following minor changes:

- validation of transctions (both in HID Approve mobile application and with transaction approval with the Token One physical generator) - more details on the approval process can be found here.
 

- timeout of inactive user session (to 5 min) in Poslovni Bank @ Net. An online bank user will receive an alert 30 seconds before the session expires and will be able to extend the session.

The changes introduced are additional security measures for strong authentication of payment service users and secure communication, which are specified in the technical standards (RTS) of the PSD2 Directive. You can find more about the PSD2 Directive and related changes here.

The login process to Poslovni Bank@Net remains exactly the same as before.
